Mission Statement

The mission of Interactive Harmony is to provide an easy, interesting, and imaginative means of practicing Yoga for anyone who is interested by offering the convenience of Yoga classes at home at anytime or via onsite Yoga classes. Interactive Harmony strives to bring relaxation, fitness, and stress reduction to all who are interested regardless of schedule conflicts, location, transportation, or disability. 

Interactive Harmony is a sole proprietorship formed in 2003. It is wholly owned and operated by Wende Ann Donahue. All content, web design, web programming, music, posture flows, and multimedia presentations are created by Wende unless otherwise specified.

Wende has been practicing Yoga for over thirteen years. She is a registered yoga teacher having completed a 200-hour Yoga certification program through Yoga With Robin Healing Arts Center, LLC. Wende has earned additional specialization certifications in Prenatal Yoga (through Focal Point Yoga) and Children's Yoga (Color Me Yoga^®), and was previously the Assistant Director of the Yoga With Robin Healing Arts Center, LLC Yoga Teacher Training Program. Wende is also a member of the Mass Yoga Network and the Yoga Alliance.
