Classes will be approximately 1/2 hour
in length, and there is no limit to how many times you can use a
class.
The MP3 files can be used with any MP3 player (example: a
handheld MP3 player such as an iPod OR a computer program such as
Windows Media Player), and the slide shows
can be watched on any computer using Internet Explorer
(DSL/Broadband or other high-speed internet connection is required). A picture
sheet of postures will also be provided for each class.
