Trouble logging in?
Please be sure that you are using your correct username
and password, using capital letters where appropriate. If
you are still having trouble logging in, please send an
email to yoga@interactiveharmony.com
from the email address that is registered with us.
Forgot your
username or password?
Your username and password can be sent to the email
address that we have on file for you by filling out the
send password form.
Need to change your email?
Do not forget that your email address is also your
username. By changing your email, you also change your
username. To change your email address, please use the
update email form.
Trouble changing your
password?
Please be sure that
you are using the email address that is on file with us and
entering your password using capital letters where

Sent back to login screen
after I already logged in?
As with most web
applications, if there has been no activity for 20 minutes
or so, a user's session (the pieces of information that tell
the website who you are) will expire. It is inconvenient,
but all part of the wonderful web world.
Trouble downloading MP3?
Either click on the link provided to immediately play
the MP3 or use your mouse to right-click on the link, choose
"Save Target As...", and specify a location to save the file
to your computer (the desktop is always a memorable place).
The MP3 file may take several minutes to download depending
on your Internet connection speed. Due to the variety of MP3
players on the market, we are not able to provide you with
the specifics of how to use your player. Please consult your
MP3's user manual for instructions. Please feel free to

experiencing problems.
Trouble viewing slideshow?
The slideshow may take several minutes to load into your
browser window. All of the images and audio must stream to
your computer before beginning to play. The amount of time
it takes to load into your browser will vary depending on
your Internet connection speed. Please note:
slideshows will only work in Internet Explorer. Other
browser are not guaranteed to work. The MP3 format is
available via any browser. Please feel free to email us at
yoga@interactiveharmony.com, if you are still
experiencing problems.
How can I cancel my
subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please click on the button
below. We are sorry to see you go. If there is anything we
